John – do you know who the centre person is (SDC President medal around his neck) as that would help get a closer year estimate?
and on the right is P J Smith ( Peter Jackson Smith) who was also a president later on.
Central person I believe is John Whitehead
Liz – centre person has a SDC President’s Medal on and John Corbett says this around 1965. The Digital Archive has all SDC Presidents with their years of office and we didn’t have a John Whitehead as SDC President (could have missed one but doubt if we have). However, John Barritt was SDC President in 1964 – does that make sense to you?
